Kindly notify us immediately if there is a problem with your order. We accept returns of original versions of prints within 14 days of your receipt of product. Customer will be responsible for return shipping. Upon receipt of print in it’s original condition, we will refund your payment, less shipping costs. We cannot accept returns on custom artwork, but will replace your order with the exact product if for some reason it is damaged during shipment, or some error on our part has happened with the customization.

Turn around time will vary depending on work load and wether you’ve ordered a personalized image. Expect approx. 7 days for regular prints up to 14 days for custom images. We do try to be quick and appreciate your business.
